| MAF
sensor customer supplied is non-compatible with the 00-01 USDM PCM-causing
tuning issues |

| Stock
MAF (corrrect range) is required so that the distributor may be set correctly
,then retuned |
|
| Customer's Z32 Maf accesses low load, high
advance areas of factory map when under boost |
|
| requiring
massive retard at the distributor to prevent engine damage. |
|
| Customer's exhaust has no CAT or secondary 02 sensor,
preventing CEL from turning off. |
|
| Should
have oil changed within a few hundred miles |
|
| Stock IAT needs to be
installed |
|
|
| Notified
customer several times of required funds/stock sensors |
|
| No
answer or attempt to contact or make payment arrangements from customer |
|
|
|

title or payment is to be surrendered to an officer of BTF Racing inc. or
legal action is to be taken |

| immediately
to recovered lost profits, invested materials up to and including the full
value of this bill |

| plus
lost profits that occurred thereafter due to disruption of business capitol / |
|
| interest
paid on BTF Racing inc supplied materials and storage. |
